Simply return the empty and/or unused portion of your Nation Health MD product order within 365 days of your billing date for a full refund of the product price. To receive a full refund, you must return the bottles/jars (even if they are empty). Please be sure to retain your bottles/jars, as they must be returned to qualify for a complete refund.
Return Procedures:
- Return the product (including empty containers) along with the original invoice to the provided shipping address: 10199 Dean Dr. Manassas, VA 20110
- Important: Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and we recommend using delivery confirmation to avoid any delays. All packages returned refused or undeliverable will be refunded the cost of the product minus the shipping fees incurred by refusal of the package.
- Returns must be received in our offices within 365 days from the billing date. All charges (excluding shipping and handling fees) are fully refundable within this period.
- All refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the package. After a return has been processed, it may take up to 5 business days for the Bank to process the refund to the original payment method.
- All customs duties, import taxes, levies, or other charges imposed by the destination country shall be borne solely by the recipient. Such charges are not included in the product purchase price or shipping costs displayed at checkout. The assessment and collection of these fees are determined by the customs authorities of the recipient’s country, and the Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, any such charges, delays, or additional requirements arising from the import process. In the event the recipient refuses to pay the applicable customs duties or taxes, resulting in the package being returned, held, or destroyed by customs authorities, the Company shall not be liable for any resulting loss, non-delivery, or refund.
